Custom label doesn't respect field's decimal places AND mislabels first data point when using YoY%

The new custom label feature doesn't respect the number of decimal places set on individual measures. For example, if I set a measure to 0 decimal places in the measure formatting ribbon, the custom label will override that and show 1 decimal place. I then have to go reset the number of decimal places from 'auto' to 0 in the custom label settings.

Also, when using a YoY% calculation the custom label shows the # for the first value and not null or blank or N/A.
