The user metrics are quite limiting. It would be great the be able to build your own reports. A simple data set with the user profile, along with the report profile (name, app, dashboard,report) would allow managers to see which reports are being used by which people. Also the current user metrics seem to be limited to dashboards-
One would expect an analytics tool be be leading edge on analysing it's usage
