Conditional formatting for row headers would be a great feature. It should work just like with the title.

It is baffling that this is not already possible. Both Qlik and Tableau allow this out of the box. Use case would be monthly reporting using time intelligence. Conditional formatting should allow table column header to be renamed from "Actual (YTD)" "Mar 2020 Actual (YTD)" providing context to the measure inline in the table where it is needed. (which is especially important when a user exports the matrix/table).
An alternative solution to this would be to drag your reporting month into the "Columns" section of the matrix but the user loses the ability to sort the matrix by clicking on a measure.
