On a matrix, when you add columns they nest within each other. It would be good to be able to add multiple column sets so you show them as distinct breakouts side by side. As an example you might want to show gender and age group across the columns, and cities in the rows. If you add gender and age group to columns it will show gender and drill down to age group. You will always see the age groups for each gender and the total. This feature would allow you to see the gender breakdown and then the age breakdown without mixing them up.
