    In Oracle Data Source doc, specify that PBIEgwService MUST be restarted before it will work.

    Please add a notice that "After the Oracle ODAC is installed, the PBIEgwService Windows Service MUST be restarted, either from the On Premises Gateway app or from from Powershell : Stop-service PBIEgwService
    Start-service PBIEgwService
