Create a filter that allows me to say 'Show the top N categories by value', e.g. 'Top 5 countries by sales'

I'm very pleased to say we've just released the ability to add TopN filters to your visuals in our October update. RE: Top N Filters
It would be nice if you add TOPN with rest in "Others".
RE: Top N Filters
It would be great along with Top N filter to have check box to keep Others as on option. Workaround now is adding column and Rank to achieve this.
Ex: If I want to show Top 10 Sales reps by Sale amount, it works but I have to show Others sales value with rest of sales reps. If we have as an check box, optionally can be used.
RE: Top N Filters
Totally - I have pie charts that show everything with the top 10 broken out and other for all the rest and then I have a table that show what is in other. Every month I have to check all my custom groupings to see if the top 10 have changed and adjust them. I would love to have this dynamic. Also like to be able to see the same thing in a bar graph - the top x and then one for the other.
RE: Top N Filters
This is definitely needed. When looking at the forums I find that people have simulated this functionality with complicated DAX formulas and measures but the existing Top N filters should just be able to accept a slicer value as the N value for the filter.
RE: Top N Filters
Top N is there in the page level Filter you can choose that
RE: Top N Filters
We need a slicer that can filter the top n customers by revenue in a page. The option to use a top n page level filter is unavailable.
RE: Top N Filters
TopN plus Other, for all visuals, like is available in the New Waterfall update, which is phenomenal, awesome....
RE: Top N Filters
When you select the TOP N, add the remaining items summarized in "Other" to have the total reconciled.
RE: Top N Filters
'I’m not sure if this is the question already asked. But I'm trying to create a simple Table to give me:
-For each "Brand"
-Top X "Lines"
-Based on Y "Measurement"
Is this possible? I'm currently stuck on the part that I tell Power BI "For each "Brand" "
RE: Top N Filters
Hi, any plans about grouping the rest into an "Others" Group.
