RE: Dynamic Column Header Title in Matrix Visual
Just got the same customer request today, i.e. to show different column headers based on a filter (dropdown filter) settings.I tried to overcome using field parameters but they I will have all field parameter columns shown when no selection is doneI also tried using bookmarks and show different visuals but that didn't work either since the filter needs to be a dropdown filterThis should be quite a simple change I would say. No need to advertise it using the function (fx) icon either, a right click on the measure will also work

Dynamically assigning column header labels based on slicer selection is a very useful functionality and I hope PowerBI introduces this. I have seen it implemented in other BI tools and it is a very useful one.
RE: Dynamic Column Header Title in Matrix Visual
Yes, this function is simple yet very useful. For example, if we choose a Year "2022" in a slicer, then the column name shall be something like "2022 Actual Sales".If 2021 is selected, then the column name shall be displayed as "2021 Actual Sales"This functionality is so simple but add a lot of clarity for users.

It is utterly astounding that you can't do this in Power BI. An absolute basic of reporting is last 3 - 6 months stuff. I can abstract the data model, but labelling the table columns correctly is a must!!
RE: Dynamic Column Header Title in Matrix Visual
Dynamic headers would be ideal. My filters allow months and years to change. For example - If I'm looking at March 2022 vs March 2021 and change the comparison column measure filter to March 2019 (pre-covid) I need the column to show what month and year I'm reviewing.
