Use Geolocation of mobile cell phone of user

I am looking to create a Power BI report that our team can use on their mobile device to see what accounts are closest.

I need the Power BI report on the mobile app to see the user's phone location and map it as well as show them what accounts are within 1 mile of them.



How do I set up where power BI uses the phone's location.

I have a list of all accounts, addresses, City, State, Zip, Lat, Long. We have accounts in huge cities like Chicago/New York, so I need them to see what accounts are closest by the mile, so .2miles, .5miles, etc.



I watched this video, but I am not looking for a team member to be assigned to the account; I want anyone in the company to use this app.
