    Formatting for "parent" column header/thicker vertical grid in a matrix

    When there several measures/values grouped underneath a parent column header in a matrix (for example, revenue and profit by geographic region), the larger column groupings should be better formatted to easily view the different groupings. Also allow for custom formatting of the larger grouping of columns, since vertical grid doesn't help to show where the grouping ends/begins.
