Axes on visuals are properly formatted for fields, but not dynamic measures. For example, if I create a disconnected slicer with a measure to change the metric displayed on a visual, the visual's axis will not switch between decimal, percent, etc. The FORMAT ( ) function does not resolve the issue like it does in Power Pivot.
