Expand Title Area Length on Axis Separate From Entire Visualization Itself

Every so often I have lengthy category names on the y or x axis and it would be beneficial to be able to scale just the title areas of these axis separately than the graph as a whole. Often I just need to see more of the title, I don't need the graph bars themselves to be lengthened. Having to scale the entire table (just so that the axis categories can be seen) results in a visualization that's often too large.

This (in a way) is similar to simply expanding only one column length, rather than the entire table.
