Ability to Assign Build Permission at the Role Level rather than the Individual Level

As I'm sure anyone working in BI knows, end users like to get things in Excel, rather than simply use the report created for them!

The way we have designed our environment is so that each domain within our business has a workspace and all members of that domain are added with access to that workspace e.g. Finance, Support, Marketing etc.

Most members we only want as 'viewers', however this permission level does not have the ability to export data to excel from a matrix table as they want. So we need to add 'Build' permission on the semantic model for each user. When there are lots of users within a domain, this is really annoying as I can't see any way of adding this other than individually for each user. So it would be great if we could add 'Build' at a role level i.e. on a Viewer so we only need to make this change once, instead of multiple times.
