    Data updated details in Title Bar of dashboards and reports includes failed refresh date and time

    If a dataset fails to refresh, the "Data updated" date and time in the title bar of a connected report, reflects the end time of the failed refresh, giving end users false assurance that the data is up to date.

    The value in this section should only reflect the date and time of the last successful refresh.
