    Red, Amber, Green in Table with percent of box colored

    I need a visual that when a number is less than 60% then a red bar comes up in the box of the table in which only 60% of the box is filled with red. And then if it is between 60% and 95% then it is Amber and if greater than 95% then Green. This integrates a RAG visual with a guage inside of a table.
