    add a label section into the format pane for the Forecasting with Arima graph.

    When you are using the Forecast with ARIMA app in power bi, there is no section label. It use the default variable name from the table. It will be nice to be able to change the label of both axis (x and y).

    Even when we change the variable name into the vizualization pane, the variable's name remain the same as the original name.
