BUG: The Check box in the PBI Service Manage Permissions window does not do anything

There is a check box on the Manage Permissions screen in PBI Service that is labeled "Users and Groups with Access." When selecting it, it will select everyone within the screen that has access to the dataset, but is NOT a member of the workspace. And...that's it! There is no button that allows you to utilize the selected options. There is no "Remove Permissions" button or anything. It's like it is nothing more than a visual cue for all the people that are not part of the workspace. This page needs more "Bulk processing" options for permissions management.
