    Power BI Desktop installer should not use Windows\temp folder to install

    At our company, for security reasons, access to Windows\temp folder is restricted, so the installer fails. Installation program sould ask for a safe directory to unzip necessary installation files or, at least, user the value of TEMP or TMP enviroment variables.
