More flexibility in Assigning colours by users locally

I would be very usefull to have more control over assigning colours. We are offering templates for many users who prefer their own local colorization. Even with using the template there is no way to properly control colors they are just added. This is frustrating since every country has its own (proud) colors.

Ideally it would be possible to give local users control to assign their own colors per region/ country to items in the app possibly done by a country admin or centrally via the datamodel assigning color codes to the items which are picked up by the visuals.
