Allow users of the Power BI Service to pass value to HANA Input Parameters. Currently Power BI desktop support HANA input Parameters. Once the model is publish into the service the HANA input Parameter cannot be changed. HANA Input Parameters are needed for Restricted calculated columns. Users need the ability to change the values in the Service at direct refresh to HANA

This feature is needed for our Project, and this is a must for Power BI to convince SAP HANA customer to continue using it.

This is indeed is a much wanted and long awaited feature support! Anyone working with HANA Views would agree input parameters are crucial to filtering data at HANA apart from lending itself to calculated columns / currency conversion etc. By not supporting input parameters, we run into poorly performant dashboards and reports by relying on PowerBI service data filtering. PowerBI is otherwise quite a promising tool and with the support for HANA input parameters, it could easily score over other SAP tool offerings. Plz. consider on priority and help incorporate the same at the earliest!

This is a very critical feature that PowerBI should support if they want to acquire customers who are SAP shops.

We consider to opt for Power BI as our main self service reporting tool. Not supporting the HANA input parameters into the service is a clear pain-point in our SAP based company.

This is indeed a major shortcoming in Power BI. HANA input parameters are not only used for filtering data, but also for security and currency/unit conversion.
