Disable filter box selection

In most reports I use chicklets or some type of slicer filter. When attempting to click on the slicer it first selects the filter box (You can then see the boarder of the box). Then you must select slicer again for the selection to be made.
This can often be frustrating when using mobile app due to small space. There is no need to select the slicer box object.
I would like to see a feature added where you only need to select a chicklet or drop down box and it is selected immediately. Disable selection of the filter box.
