Combine a clustered and stacked barchart

A visual that combines a stacked and scattered bar chart!

I have a Power BI blog and my absolute biggest post in terms of traffic is this:

It is a solution that let's you combine a clustered and stacked bar chart even though there's no such standard visual.

Since I get so much attention on that post, I figure there's lots of people who would benefit from having it built in instead.
