I've seen a couple other ideas like this one that are more than a year or two old, so I'm wondering why this hasn't been done yet.
I have a use case from a client right now where we're using an area chart for 2017 average weekly attendance compared to 2016, and all we want is a goal line at the top (not an area) that slices with our two parameters on the report now (Site and Demographic).
I'd rather not break into the Area Chart graphic and customize this myself, and I know a lot of people could use this functionality for a variety of use cases.
