    Allow top level navigation (javascript window.open ) from paginated reports in the content area of Power BI App .

    Using a javascript:window.open() from a paginated report within the content area of the power bi App fails due to a javascript error in which the embedded frame does not allow top level navigation. This means that we can't create a popup that displays for example another report that provides more details on the item that was clicked. This works perfectly well if the paginated report is opened in a separate tab but not from the content area of the App.
