    Line chart Tool-Tip/Mouse-Over: Highlight a PARTICULAR series at EVERY x-axis point.

    Currently tooltips for the native line-chart show/highlight the value of EVERY series at a PARTICULAR x-axis point

    But often you would prefer to instead highlight a PARTICULAR series at EVERY x-axis point.

    I would like a setting that allows Devs to choose between these two behaviours.
