Have the ability to use QR code to scan and apply filters for reports. Example I have a report that may show sales by product for a specific customer. It also shows inventory specific to that customer and AR for the custom. If I scanned a QR code and it applied the customer filter across the reports I can then quickly do a customer specific review and email the report to the customer on a regular basis.

RE: Add filters to QR
This is still very much needed. The barcode scanning to apply a filter works great. We just need the same scanner to be able to read QR codes as well.
RE: Add filters to QR
Supporting additional 2d barcodes (specifically QR) would be awesome in the Power BI mobile application. PDF417 is already supported, so the limitation of only 1d versus 2d is already not an issue. (Currently supported list here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/desktop-mobile-barcodes)
We generate unique URLs for QR codes, so the ability to pick up an item and scan the barcode would let us use that as a filter instead of requiring it to be a PowerBI URL as the application currently does. Because the functionality to support QR codes only as links for PBI reports is in place, consideration for how to determine if the app would know to use the QR code as a filter or as a link to a full report would need to be discussed. Perhaps a tenant setting to perform one or the other, but I imagine that users would design use cases where you'd like to keep both functionality at once.
RE: Add filters to QR
Would be great to generate a QR code with a Pre defined filter. That way staff that walk around the business premises could just point at a QR code and bring up data for that specific area instead of just opening the report.

Please merge with the iPhone Bar Code support, but DO NOT release unless you support Windows 10 and Android devices at the same time!
I'm developing Power BI solutions on a Surface and selling the user Rugged Windows 10 handheld devices in the field, but you only support fragile iOS devices that is not suitable for warehouse work. You have Xamarin for multi platform support, use that and release at the same time.
RE: Add filters to QR
It would be great to be able to link QR codes to a parameter in a report. That way, a QR code could represent an item in a dimension and the whole report could be filtered by that item. Now, we have to create unique reports for each QR code.
