On Stacked Bar charts and Line and stacked column charts, the axis used to split quantities or $values by a category (eg status or sales groups) requires a user-defined title text. This functionality was available in Excel.

Where an axis is indicating the cumulative quantity or value - eg in a Line and Stacked Column chart, the x axis might be 'Week Reported' and the y axis is showing 'Open outside SLA', 'Open within SLA', 'Closed within SLA' and 'Closed outside SLA'...

If you switch Y axis (column) title ON, you get 'open outside SLA.... etc as the axis title - users are unlikely to want this, as they would have Legend ON)

Instead users would rather see a text title such as 'Number of Jobs' or 'Sales value' on the y axis (like you could in Excel), ie a text title that describes the generic (cumulative) value that describes the combination of the axis values.

Adding a text box is not the answer, it needs to be in the Y (or X) axis (Column) section of 'Format' within 'Visualisations' - immediately below Title on/off toggle

If Title is On, and text entered in 'Title Text', the default title (described above) would be replaced by the text entered in new field 'Title Text'.

Examples of generic 'Title Text' for x and y axes would be 'Number of Jobs', 'Number of Hours', 'Sales value', 'Success Rate' or 'Percentage of Jobs' (when axis is %),
