The current Power BI theme editor is very limited and doesn't include many of the options, there are a few paid for generators out there, but really this is something Microsoft needs to own. Can you create a tool which allows theme creation, even creating an extension in Visual Studio code would be helpful. Exporting a current theme doesn't include all the options.
