Needs Voteson-prem connectivity support for the azure function pipeline activity and the web activity

The on-prem support which was "shipped" in Q1 2024 is bitterly disappointing as support is strictly limited to the "Copy data" activity.
The promise on the roadmap never mentioned that support would be this limited and as such it's still not delivered to an acceptable standard.
Please extend support for on-prem connectivity to the Azure Function pipeline activity and the Web activity asap.
