    Document the Query Definition File Format from the new Metadata format

    In order to build tools that allow to programmatically interact with with Power Query queries, we need to know the file structure (yes, totally unsupported, of course).

    Please create a documentation similar to how there is public documentation available for the Query Definition File Format (for Excel): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/openspecs/office_file_formats/ms-qdeff/27b1dd1e-7de8-45d9-9c84-dfcc7a802e37
