Create visual objects that can be stored and reused on multiple reports (example: filter pane with bookmarks)

Programmers understand the usefulness of being able to create dynamic objects that can be reused. My particular example is a power bi filter panel that can be toggled on or off with a bookmark. I should be able to create the panel one time and then reuse it on multiple reports within the project. Instead, I have to recreate new bookmarks on each report with different bookmark names. Step 1 would be to allow a bookmark to have the same functionality on multiple reports. Step 2 would be allowing you to group all the related visuals that can then be easily recalled on each report.
