Subscriptions to OneDrive and SharePoint - allow View role and overwrite option

1) Currently only contributors can Save to OneDrive or Sharepoint. View usrs can email but not save. Please open up this option for all role types.

2) Subscriptions to OneDrive and SharePoint also do not allow an overwrite. Each file will be appended with a unique number generated in sequence. This will append the file name with a number for example, File Name (1), File Name (2). You can also choose to append a DateTime stamp. Please add option to overwrite file (as these are commonly used for import mode semantic models).
