    For 'Test as User' on RLS bring back ability to select reports in workspaces outside where the dataset is

    The new functionality for 'Test as User' that allowed us to select reports in other workspaces was GREAT! Please bring this back. You can omit all PERSONAL My Workspaces. However, we keep our reports and datasets in separate workspaces. We have been using the functionality to support our user base and validate if we are seeing issues they are seeing. We really would like this functionality back.
