    It should be a notifacation when the user don't have gateway access and full connection of a dataset

    when there are some connections on a dataset, and the user doesn't have access to all of the connection, then when they tried to do the configure, they will find there are unable to see the drag down option:

     

    only when they get full access, they can see that. it is best to have a warning or notification to let user know the reason.
