    Provide us an error message when publishing a report to the service during a scheduled refresh

    Sometimes when publishing a report to the service the dataset is on a scheduled refresh. What happens is that the report can't be published to the service during such a refresh and the report gets buggy.

    Solution? Provide a message that the report can't be published during a scheduled refresh and prevent the report in desktop to become buggy.
