Ability to manually adjust to the display sizes and locations of the plot and its legend inside a visual object

With this ability, developers can design some more professional visualization.

For example, we can increase the width between the plot and the title of a bar chart, so we can put the relevant slicers specific to that bar chart inside the visual object. This design makes thing professional and clear to users.

Similarly, if we can adjust precisely the location and display size of the legend, a better design can be achieved.

This can be done in Tableau already and I am quite surprised to see PowerBI is not capable for that right now.
