Restrict Tabulars available to Excel 2016 Users when they are part of AD Read only Group

Read Only AD Groups, Tabular Access using Excel 2016
We have a small set of users in our company whom we want to provide the capability to access the Tabular Models for the BI Apps they have read only access too. However, when those users access a Tabular in Excel 2016 (From other SourcesFrom Analysis Server) they see all of the Tabulars that they have access too through read only AD Groups. I was wondering if there is a way to restrict what Tabulars they see as they may not have the training to understand the a model and thus report data incorrectly.
