Allow Export data in embedded to inherit tenant rules in App Owns Data scenario

We have recently noticed that the export data settings in the power bi tenant do not get inherited by embedded reports in an App Owns Data Scenario.

We can add the master/service principal to the export data allowed list but then everyone using the report will be allowed to export data.

You would be able to disable the button as a workaround by doing a manual check of the user and disabling it in the embed config of the javascript, but people that know what they are doing can manipulate javascript to re-enable the button.

I initially assumed that the effective identity would be checked against the tenant export settings to enable/disable the feature.

Would there be any chance that this can become a feature in the future?

We want to give everyone access to the reports and select few export summary data functions without giving them direct access to the models/databases
