Add security to show/hide any specific page (Tab) on a report based on users privileges / Roles.

Thanks for all the feedback! Currently, Power BI does not have a security feature for pages; however, using conditional page navigation and RLS, you can create a custom navigation experience that shows different page options for different roles.

Would love this feature to become available and no longer have to work around the issue by having multiple versions of the same report. Would mean drill throughs could be left on but you wouldn't be able to drill to specific pages if you didn't have access. Amazed this feature doesn't exist already.

I understand this can be accomplished by a work around. However, this needs to be a seamless feature not requiring a work around. Power BI is an outstanding product. It's just silly for this to be excluded.

This feature needs to be an option as soon as possible. Just implement it into the audiences feature so we can hide the tab from the specific audience.

This is imperative to help with integrated solutions to the masses. One report could effectively give 100,000 access to a couple of pages if unsubscribed, or access to other pages depending on their level of subscription.

Come on, please. This will an easy thing for Microsoft but making a huge difference for us. Since we cannot hide specific pages for specific audiences, forced to maintain duplicate report. Workaround is not good as such out of box support.

Can we please have this feature like now.That work around is not good for what i need. struggling to be able to release a report for 100's of people because i can't hide sensitive pages from them well.

This option would certainly be great. Many end users are confused by empty pages that are obviously filtered by the role they have.It was an excellent contribution.
