Centralized Subscription process management for emailed reports needed

Power BI does allow users to subscribe to reports from the APP and the Workspace locations. However, these are localized and visible only to the user who created it. Can we introduce a centralized subscription process that Capacity Admin can use to set up subscription for managed email publishing of reports for Distribution Lists/User Groups? This will help troubleshoot issues with subscription process if that fails for any reason and run it manually if needed.
