I've been using Tableau for years and the ability to simply write COUNTD([Column1],[Column2]) made life so much easier. I've since changed workplaces and they use Power BI here. I've looked at how this can be achieved and most resources state you need to create a concatenated column which sounds silly when considering you might have to do this on multiple combinations of columns and more so if you need to use a Parameter like I have been using on Tableau where a user could change the parameter which indicated what column combination would the COUNTD() use.

Could we have this in Power BI please for DISTINCTCOUNT() like

Users = DISTINCTCOUNT('Table2'[Game],'Table1'[AccountID])
