Automatic retry on dataflow or dataset failure

This feature would be extremely beneficial for scheduled refreshes. When a scheduled refresh errors for either a service error or memory limit there should be a tenant setting or it could be a ds/df specific setting to allow for a set amount of retries afterwards. In our scenario we run most of our large scale refreshes overnight on a schedule to prevent blocking or locking of resources. Whenever we encounter a service error on refresh which we've had happen quite a few times we have to refresh to entire set of ds/df during the day which can cause a bit of a problem for the business. Allowing an automatic refresh would benefit everyone to prevent issues like this from arising.
