Undeniably powerful utility. The look an feel is VERY hard to swallow. Tahoma fonts(?), drab colours that are difficult to distinguish, tiny tiny little icons, small narrow spaces throughout....Check out Grow (dashboards):
Open spaces. clean new presentation. VERY easy on the eyes and a pleasure to navigate. PLEASE give your end users the ability to modify their experience...or better yet, spruce up the experience for everyone! Could take this offering from great to unbelievable.
