    Force data label values to show without adjusting overall size of visual

    It would be great to be able to force a data label value to show even if the specific area is not large enough to "contain" that label. It would be good to have a way to re-position the label relative to the visualization segment it's representing. So if a segment of a stacked bar chart is not "tall enough" to handle the data value, it would be good to place it "alongside of" that segment of the bar. This way users can still see the value.
