PlannedDeployment pipelines: Deployment Rules for Pipelines and relative attached services

It would be nice to have Deployment Rule for Pipelines (like I have seen for notebooks). This could help when you have different services for each environment (stage), so when you deploy from DEV to TEST, tha pipeline activities that are pointing to a database, lakehouse ecc... could be automatically set to point to the equivalent services in TEST environment.

This will be addressed by a new solution to be released on H1 2025 which allows parameterization in Data pipeline based on the stage, full supported in CICD (not through Deployment rules though)
