    Allow setting of Page Level Filters using query string parameters in the URL

    Currently while filtering a report using query string parameters in the URL, allows us to set the filter only at report level.
    Allowing it to be set at page level will allow greater flexibility in designing reports specifically for scenarios where the filter is to be set for one of the pages of report rather than the entire report.
