Need consistent formatting controls across visualizations

We need some consistent ways to format text across visualizations. There is no way to set the font color in text boxes. You cannot set the font weight is slicer titles. There is no text alignment control for Cards. Things that are basic expectations for an analysis system are tips, tricks, and workarounds. This is enough to make St. Francis kick babies (with apologies to Douglas Adams). Visualizations that use text should adhere to basic standards of consistency and functionality. Quality is not simply the absence of crashes and freezes. It's also the ability of end-users to get work done. A metric of number of tricks and tips is a quality metric. The target for this metric should be zero.
