Recently it appears that by opening a .pbix file that has imported dat from Oracle DB data sources, it open sessions to those databases. It seems like it would be better for database resources to only open the sessions at the time of refresh. It might now be best for the Power BI software and windows resources, but otherwise there seems to be an additional impact on the Oracle DB.
