Allow to define a structure (weights and hierarchy) of a scorecard based on the measures/KPIs in the data sources being queried, and visualize the scorecard on the dashboard

Yes!! We are working on a balanced score card and it would be great if there was some sort of design intended for this purpose. We are just winging it and are encountering issues.

This would be very useful. My organization is attempting to roll out balanced scorecards for all the divisions. Proving very difficult to do in Power BI.

Yes Balanced Score Card and Strategy Map is required.
This option is available in QlikView/QlikSense.
MSPBI will be the best choice in considering as an alternative for QlikView / Tableau

Clarity on PerformancePoint and migration into PowerBI would definitely be appreciated. Urgent need to know if Microsoft is moving on this topic.
