When someone needs to lookup how to remove a data source and the directions tells you to do something that makes the option "appear" when you hover over it. You have designed an interface that is not intuitive. This is how you design an easter egg, not normal functionality.
The "More" options menu should always be visible. Always
To remove a data source, go to the data source and then select Remove from the more options menu. The more options menu appears when you hover your cursor next to the data source name.
