Static URL for reports

We have had on-going issues, particularly when working on updates to existing reports, where we need to connect to a different version of the dataset; when re-publishing the same report, this will change the URL so that any previous link shared no longer works. This causes a lot of frustration with end users. Ideally, we could assign a static URL to a report and it would link no matter the underlying dataset.

It would also be great if the URLs themselves could readily indicate which workspace and report is being accessed, for example, https://app.powerbi.com/{workspace_name}/{report_name}

There shouldn't be allowed to have multiple reports in the same workspace with the same name.
